There are two ways to buy your new home at Riverland Estate

1. Buy a block of land and build.

The most flexible option, where you can choose your own builder or from one of our display homes. Every part of the design and build process is up to you, which is fantastic if you have clear ideas of what you would like. We have provided Design Guidelines to ensure your most precious investment is protected and desirable.

2. Buy a House & Land package.

With this option a builder has already secured the land and prepared a home design that’s suited specifically to the block. You can change finishes inside and out, but not the floor plan. This helps reduce the seemingly endless decisions involved in designing a home. The builders have read the guidelines to ensure your home is protected.

Government Grants and Bonuses
The First Home Owners Grant is available to first home buyers and if eligible you can receive a payment of up to $20,000. 

Stamp Duty
First home buyers may also be eligible for a stamp duty reduction when purchasing a new home. Stamp Duty is a land transfer tax – you pay to have a property transferred into your name. The amount you’ll pay is calculated on the value or purchase price of the property.
