Each house and land package displayed on the site consists of land and a home which are sold separately. Riverland Estate/Harrington Property Group do not act in partnership or by joint venture with builders. A Group Member sells the land only and purchasers wishing to buy a house and land package will need to enter in to the land contract with the Group Member who owns the land and a separate contract with the relevant builder for the construction of the house. Riverland Estate/Harrington Property Group have no responsibility or liability whatsoever in relation to the actions of, or products offered by, builders and purchasers must review all information carefully, make their own inquiries and obtain independent advice before proceeding.

The participating builders are not subsidiaries or related entities of Riverland Estate/Harrington Property Group) and we make no representations and give no warranties about the builders’ ability to enter into or perform a building contract.
